3 Bears Farm (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Beef hamper orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details and any notes you give us — so we can invoice you and get your order to you.
- Wholesale enquiries: your business name, contact details and enquiry details — so we can respond with pricing and supply information.
- Mailing list registrations: your name, email, postcode and product interests — so we can let you know when beef rounds open, eggs are available or chickens are for sale.
How we store and use it
- Orders and enquiries are stored securely in a private spreadsheet accessible only to the farm.
- Mailing list details are stored with Mailchimp, our email provider. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Transactional emails (order confirmations) are sent via Resend, our email delivery provider.
- Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data (such as your IP address) to tell humans from bots.
We never sell your personal information, and we only share it with the service providers above to the extent needed to run the farm.
Payments
We don't take payments through this website and never collect or store card details. Orders are paid by invoice.
Third-party content
Our homepage displays recent posts from our Facebook page. If the embedded Facebook fallback widget is shown, Facebook may set its own cookies subject to Meta's privacy policy.
